Our service is completely free. There are no charges for requesting a quote on our website. The companies we partner with are transparent with their payment processes. They don't require prepayments or full upfront payments. Typically, payments are divided into two parts: a partial deposit covering taxes, fees, and insurance is charged after the car is picked up, and the remaining balance is paid directly to the driver at drop-off. Some companies may collect the full payment at drop-off.
Most of the companies we work with do not require any prepayment. In fact, most of our partners don’t receive payment until your vehicle has been picked up and is on its way to the destination.
The transport time for your vehicle depends on two main factors: the distance between the pick-up and delivery locations and the number of additional vehicles in the shipment. Other factors, such as weather conditions, traffic, and truck maintenance, may also affect transit time. We recommend placing your order about two weeks in advance.
We generally advise against shipping personal belongings inside your vehicle, as insurance doesn’t cover items stored in the car. Extra weight could damage the exhaust system, and loose objects might shift, causing interior damage. However, a few small items packed securely in the trunk are usually acceptable.
