To provide you with a quote we only need the pick up and delivery zip-codes, make and model of your vehicle(s) and your email and/or phone number. Right after you submit a quote, we will send you the detailed information and a secure link to book an order. For submitting an order we will need your pick up and delivery addresses and to finalize the deal we will send you the agreement to sign.
Once we schedule the driver within your time frame, we will send you an email and text message with the carrier’s details. A day before the pick up he will contact you to negotiate more exact time and place in case your street is a dead end, cul de sac or too narrow for a big car hauler. The driver will also call you an hour or two before the pick up to let you know that he is on the way.
Once the driver is about to deliver the car, he will also call you in advance to negotiate the exact time. When he loads the car of the trailer please check it thoroughly for any damages and pay the driver with cash or any certified funds. It all depends on your route. If you are shipping the vehicle on a popular route (for example, NY to FL), we can find carriers within a few hours and your car will be picked up the same day. If your route is less popular it may take a day or two and if your vehicle is going from a far away location (for example, Maine), it may take up to 5 days.
It is not often possible to find such an option with carriers, as this affects the cost of delivery and not many are willing to pay extra for it. However, your broker can easily contact the carrier and tell you the location of your vehicle.
